Last week I made cookies for my father-in-law’s birthday. He’s the country-music lovin’, cowboy hat wearin’, cookie-lovin’ type, so Cowboy Cookies seemed just right for him. Happy Birthday, Ron! (sorry, no pic of the final product– they got mailed off/gobbled up too quick!)
